Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Learning:
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and more.
• Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Curriculum Development:
• Follow the prescribed syllabus and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.
• Incorporate audio-visual aids and technology into teaching.
• Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
• Evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and other assessment methods.
• Maintain detailed records of students' academic performance and share feedback with parents.
• Identify learning difficulties and provide appropriate interventions or remedial teaching.
• Classroom Management:
• Establish and enforce rules for classroom behavior to maintain discipline.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for students.
• Address and resolve behavioral issues sensitively.
• Parent Communication:
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' progress and address concerns.
• Provide regular updates to parents about class activities and individual student performance.
• Extracurricular Activities:
• Organize and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities such as sports, arts, and cultural events.
• Encourage student participation and talent development in non-academic areas.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with educational trends, teaching techniques, and subject knowledge.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and school events as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
