Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum framework. Design engaging and interactive activities to enhance student learning. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Classroom Instruction and Student Engagement

Deliver structured and dynamic lessons in various subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies. Encourage student participation and interactive learning through discussions, projects, and group activities. Use modern teaching methodologies, including technology integration, to enhance learning.

Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring

Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom participation. Maintain records of student progress and provide constructive feedback. Identify students requiring additional support and implement remedial strategies accordingly.

Classroom Management and Discipline

Establish a positive and disciplined learning environment. Promote values such as teamwork, respect, and responsibility among students. Address behavioral issues effectively and implement appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.

Parental Engagement and Communication

Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to support student development. Provide guidance to parents on how they can support their child's education at home.

Collaboration and Professional Development

Work closely with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience. Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions. Contribute to curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.

Extracurricular Activities and School Events

Organize and participate in co-curricular activities such as sports, cultural programs, and field trips. Encourage students to take part in creative and extracurricular pursuits to develop holistic skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
