About Us:

We are a reputable school seeking a qualified and experienced Social Studies Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching social studies and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Teach social studies to students of various age groups (classes 6-12)

- Plan and deliver engaging social studies lessons to promote critical thinking and cultural awareness

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments

- Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and maintain records

- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Sciences, History, or Education

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification

- 1-3 years of experience in teaching social studies to students of various age groups

- Excellent teaching and communication skills

- Strong knowledge of social studies concepts and their application

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Certifications:

- Valid teaching certification or license

- Social studies teaching certification (desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
