Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to facilitate learning and cater to diverse student needs.
• Integrate technology into the teaching-learning process to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Assess and monitor students' progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Identify and address individual learning needs of students, providing additional support and resources as necessary.
• Encourage and motivate students to develop their critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and positive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends and advancements.
• Ensure classroom materials and equipment are well-maintained and utilized effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant field.
• Specialization or additional qualifications in Social Science is preferred.
• Female Teachers are Preferred.
• Valid teaching certification or license appropriate for primary education (required).
• Proven experience working with primary school-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of primary school science curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
