Primary Science Teacher Position Overview: The Primary Science Teacher is responsible for teaching fundamental science concepts to young learners, fostering curiosity, and developing a solid understanding of scientific principles. This role involves creating engaging, hands-on lessons that stimulate a love for science while ensuring students grasp the basics of biology, chemistry, physics, and environmental science. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons in line with the science curriculum, focusing on key scientific concepts appropriate for primary school students. 2. Hands-on Learning: Incorporate experiments, practical activities, and interactive lessons to enhance student understanding of scientific topics. 3. Assessment & Evaluation: Regularly assess and track student progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and observations, providing feedback to students and parents. 4. Lesson Planning: Create and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can understand and engage with the material. 5. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect. 6. Concept Introduction: Introduce students to basic scientific topics such as plants, animals, weather, space, the human body, and matter, building a foundation for more complex subjects in later grades. 7. Encourage Critical Thinking: Promote problem-solving, experimentation, and inquiry-based learning to develop students' critical thinking and scientific reasoning skills. 8. Student Support: Identify students who may need extra help and provide additional support or adapt lessons to meet their needs. 9.
