: PRT Mathematics Teacher

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive mathematics lessons to primary students, fostering conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and academic goals. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and collaboration. Assess and evaluate students' performance regularly through tests, assignments, and activities, providing constructive feedback. Encourage participation in co-curricular activities to enhance the holistic development of students. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents during meetings or conferences. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in training programs, workshops, and school events. Ensure discipline and adherence to school policies within the classroom and during school activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field; B.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience in primary classes, preferably in CBSE schools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong knowledge of primary-level mathematics concepts and teaching methodologies. Proficient in using modern teaching aids, technology, and tools to enhance learning.
