Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery

• Lesson Planning :
• Develop and implement detailed lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
• Cover topics such as numbers, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, and measurement.
• Classroom Instruction :
• Teach mathematical concepts using hands-on activities, visual aids, and real-life examples.
• Simplify abstract concepts to ensure all students grasp fundamental ideas.
• Assessment and Feedback :
• Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students' understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students who need it.
• Problem-Solving and Logical Reasoning :
• Develop students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills through puzzles, games, and word problems.
• Encourage collaborative learning and group activities to promote teamwork.

Student Engagement

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to participate actively.
• Use innovative and interactive methods to make math engaging and less intimidating for students.

Content Creation and Resource Management

• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids, worksheets, and practice materials.
• Incorporate digital tools, such as math apps and interactive smartboards, to enhance learning.

Parent and School Communication

• Share regular updates on students' progress with parents during parent-teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school management to align teaching methods with institutional goals.

Extracurricular Contributions

• Organize math-related activities, such as math quizzes, exhibitions, and games, to promote interest in the subject.
• Encourage participation in inter-school or intra-school math competitions.
