Position: Primary Teacher (PRT) - Mathematics
Classes: III to V

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate female PRT Mathematics teacher to instruct students from Classes III to V. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, have the ability to engage students actively, and demonstrate proficiency in developing lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach effectively:

Teach mathematics to students in Classes III to V, ensuring concepts are explained clearly and effectively.

• Create and Execute Lesson Plans:

Develop lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards, ensuring students meet learning objectives.

• Utilize Diverse Teaching Methods:

Employ a variety of teaching approaches, including interactive activities and technology integration, to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.

• Assess Student Understanding:

Administer tests, quizzes, and alternative assessments to evaluate students' grasp of the material, and provide timely, constructive feedback.

• Provide Feedback to Students and Parents:

Offer valuable insights and feedback regarding student progress to both students and their parents, and suggest areas for improvement.

• Create a Positive Classroom Environment:

Foster an inclusive and positive atmosphere in the classroom where all students feel respected and motivated to learn.

• Collaborate with Colleagues:

Work alongside fellow teachers to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects and school activities that promote a holistic educational experience.

• Participate in School Activities:

Engage in school events, gatherings, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community.

• Stay Updated in Mathematics Education:

Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and best practices in the field of mathematics education to continually improve instructional methods.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Mathematics / B.El.Ed with Mathematics as main subject
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) / B.El.Ed qualification.
• CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification.
• Relevant teaching experience in mathematics for primary school students.
