Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics, Science, and Social Science to primary school students, creating an engaging and effective learning environment, and fostering a love for learning in young minds.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction:
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for Mathematics, Science, and Social Science.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Integrate technology and interactive activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
• Assessment:
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student learning and school initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school events.
• Student Support:
• Provide individualized support and attention to students who may need additional help in understanding concepts.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students.
• Communication:
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with students and create an inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Mathematics, Science, or Social Science.
• Teaching certification or licensure as per the relevant state or national regulations.
• Prior teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum for Mathematics, Science, and Social Science.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?29,000.00 per month
