Job Description

We are hiring a passionate Primary Teacher (PRT) specializing in Mathematics to deliver engaging lessons and support young learners in building a strong mathematical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery:

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to make mathematical concepts engaging and accessible to primary school students.

2. Student Development:

• Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement through tests, assignments, and observations.
• Provide individualized support to help students achieve their full potential in mathematics.

3. Classroom Management:

• Create a structured and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures to maintain order in the classroom.

4. Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher interactions.

5. Evaluation and Reporting:

• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of students' performance and communicate feedback to parents and guardians.
