Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Classroom Management:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for core subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies.
• Use creative teaching methods, activities, and tools to make learning enjoyable and effective for young children.
• Manage classroom behavior to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Encourage active participation through interactive teaching techniques like storytelling, role-playing, and group activities.

Student Development:

• Foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of each student.
• Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide additional support or resources to students who may require extra help.

Curriculum Planning:

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan the annual academic calendar and align lesson plans with the syllabus.
• Design innovative activities to reinforce learning and encourage creativity in students.
• Incorporate technology and multimedia tools in teaching wherever applicable.

Parent-Teacher Interaction:

• Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents on their child's academic performance and behavior.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and assessments.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings as required.
• Prepare for inspections, audits, or evaluations conducted by the school administration or external authorities.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with educational trends and best practices by attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
• Share new ideas and strategies with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching environment.

Classroom Environment:

• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Decorate the classroom with students' work, educational charts, and other visual aids.
• Promote good behavior, cooperation, and respect among students.
