Job Description
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Hindi language and literature as per the curriculum guidelines.
• Create lesson plans and teaching aids to make learning engaging and interactive for primary students.
• Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi.
• Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, tests, and activities.
• Provide additional support to students needing extra help with their Hindi language skills.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Organize cultural activities such as Hindi Diwas, debates, and storytelling to enhance language appreciation.
• Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and school management for curriculum development and implementation.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with educational best practices and integrate new teaching methods where appropriate.
Job Type: Full-time
