Job Title : PRT EVS Reporting Head :Principal Teaching and Learning Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Setting up schedules, lesson plans, and selecting learning material and resources that will help achieve curriculum objectives. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring progress and discipline, and keeping parents and school counselors informed of learners who need extra support. \xc2\xb7 Establishing classroom and debating rules, and ensuring all students obey these rules. \xc2\xb7 Requesting appropriate textbooks and learning aids. \xc2\xb7 Organizing field trips and ensuring permission slips are handed out and signed in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Participating in school events \xc2\xb7 Attending meetings, staff training, conferences, and other ongoing learning programs. \xc2\xb7 Informing students of learning opportunities and preparing them for formal debates and other events. Other Responsibilities Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Department, Head of Faculty or members of the Senior Leadership Team and any duties that the Principal deems necessary for the effective operation of the school Required Qualification and Experience \xc2\xb7 Candidate must have done B.ED \xc2\xb7 Degree in education, history, geography, or a related discipline. \xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferable. \xc2\xb7 Candidate should have three years of Experience . \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and debating skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to remain calm under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Strong multitasking abilities and sound knowledge of current events. \xc2\xb7 Strong cultural sensitivity.
