Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to address different learning styles and abilities.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
• Instruction and Classroom Management:
• Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Facilitate classroom discussions, storytelling, and group activities to foster language development.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement classroom rules and routines to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Track and report on student performance and progress to parents and school administration.
• Literacy and Reading Promotion:
• Encourage a love of reading through various activities such as read-aloud sessions, book clubs, and library visits.
• Introduce students to a range of literary genres and authors.
• Help students develop strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, literacy research, and curriculum developments.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or licensure in the relevant state or country.
• Proficiency in English language and literature.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
