PRT Techers- All subjects

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across all core primary subjects in line with the school curriculum.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance student engagement.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Foster positive behavior and ensure adherence to school policies.
• Address individual student needs, including academic, emotional, and social development.
• Assessment and Reporting:
• Design and administer assessments to measure student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Prepare report cards and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaboration and Professional Development:
• Collaborate with colleagues, school counselors, and parents to support student success.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on teaching practices.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
• Student Support and Enrichment:
• Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking through project-based learning and group activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is required.
• Experience: Prior teaching experience in a primary school setting is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of core subjects at the primary level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools.
