Job title: Proto Inventory & Procurement Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's Degree, preferable in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Prepare proper necessary documentation like purchase orders, BOQ etc.
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
• Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
• Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
• Responsible for warehouse inventory planning, Manage inventory levels and replenishment orders in line with agreed inventory targets
• Responsible for managing aged & blocked inventories and working with manufacturing and product management to minimize impact to the business.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliations of inventory levels and consignment stocks.
• Initiate and lead assigned annual physical stock counts.
• Analyse demand data and measure forecast accuracy.
• Evaluate and maintain Safety Stock and Target Inventory numbers for the region
• Ensures full compliance with Corporate Standard Operating Procedures.

Must have the following experience:

• APICS CPIM or comparable certification is a desired
• Work experience in the field of Planning & Inventory management
• Excellent analytical skills in combination with advanced Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Strong in organizing and has a structured way of working and working accurately in under pressure.
• Self-starter and independent thinker who has the ability to think outside the box, work in a team environment and is flexible in a changing environment.

CTC: 2.5 - 5 LPA

Location: Cherlapally, ECIL, Hyderabad.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
