Position Summary:
Prospective chart reviewers help to identify clinical alerts in a patients history that may
support an underlying diagnosis. These alerts are presented to a provider on a point-
of-care tool to use during an encounter. This allows the condition to be addressed by

\xef\x82\xb7 Identify diagnoses that lack supporting documentation
\xef\x82\xb7 Prioritizes clinical alerts and presents those that are strongly suggestive of an underlying condition
\xef\x82\xb7 Present information to providers in a concise complete manner
\xef\x82\xb7 All other duties as assigned

2. Education/Licensure:
\xef\x82\xb7 Medical Doctor or Nurse required
\xef\x82\xb7 Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC preferred. show more
