Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Experience in responses to Public Sector (US Government experience is preferred) at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level, and other responses at the contract program level.
• Adequate knowledge in storyboard sessions with Bid/ Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
• Analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
• Research, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content for use in proposal development activities.
• Proactively interact with the subject matter experts.
• Assist the Bid/ Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.
• Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
• Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
• Support ongoing proposal strategy and support.
• Adherence to all steps of the pursuit proposal process and confirm high quality proposal submissions.
• Design or suggest graphics for written proposal material.
• Develop high quality proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and other meeting documents.
• Maintains quality results by using templates, readability, consistency and tone, maintaining proposal support database.
• Coordinate with team members for successful delivery of proposals.
• Store all new proposal content to the drives for potential reuse.

Required Skills, Qualification and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in preparing responses for Federal IT Project/ Staffing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs.
• Experience in analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
• Experience in creating boilerplates for proposal responses and maintaining past performance databases.
• Experience in State, Federal and Commercial customers.
• Should have exposure to the Staff Augmentation process.
• Strong time management/ prioritization skills.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a variety of audiences both via the phone and email.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
