• Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned
• Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company\'s integrity & quality standards
• Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace always.
• Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
• Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
• Compliance to Syngene\' s quality standards at all times
• Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

Key requirements

• Error-free cost sheet preparation and proposal write-up
• Ensuring the team to share the cost sheet with CFT within the timeline
• Manage and mentor the team for the RFP process and to prepare high quality proposal
• Literature search and route of synthesis evaluation for the proposal
• Review of cost sheets before circulating with the cross-functional teams
• Compilation and review of cost sheets with zero error
• Coordination with all the cross-functional teams to complete the process within the TAT
• Arranging an SLT meeting for the finalization of the proposal
• Attending the client call wherever required
• Preparing and finalizing the RFP dashboard weekly
• Monitoring and maintaining the RFP folder
• Maintaining the folder with up-to-date data to retrieve RFP-related information immediately
• Co-ordinate with the BD team and take part in client calls on a need basis to understand the RFP requirement to prepare appropriate proposals
