Mandatory requirements: BE / B.Tech Mechanical or B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization from an accredited engineering school. 4 - 5 years formal training and experience in Refineries, Industrial Gas Plant, Renewable Energy etc. Knowledge of gas equipment\'s is must. Auto Cad working knowledge is Must. Project Cost Estimation and Analysis. Knowledge of Project Execution. Market Trends and Competitor Analysis. as a proposal engineer you will: Review of Technical Proposal\'s requirements as per the Invitation to Bid Documents and related contract specifications, RFQ, drawings, etc. and work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical information / Documents as per the Contract / Client requirement. Establish the overall index of the whole Technical Proposal and review it with the Proposal Manager, in order to establish the overall strategy and approach to the preparation of the Technical Proposal. Attend site visits as needed to become acquainted with site conditions and take account of these in the Technical Proposal. Create Basic engineering design drawings (PFD, Layout ) of proposed projects based on customer / contract specifications / Basis of Design(BOD) Be developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates of the project by accessing the components costs, factor in Statutory, Liasioning, logistics and transportation costs, and consider any additional costs associated with installation, commissioning, or site preparation. Be carrying out Basic calculation related to Gas equipment sizing, Balance of plant, and Electrical Equipments(Renewable Power). Be coordinating with engineering teams to validate the technical aspects of the proposal. Be managing the relationship with the customers and all stakeholders. Be identifying cost optimisation opportunities during the estimation process. Ready to travel Pan India for understanding customer requirement and evaluating technical feasibility of the project.
