They are accountable to deliver winning, good quality, profitable, compliant and on-time proposals to our customers/prospects and to meet the company goals in the stretch by collaborating with the sales team, while applying the proposal/bid management processes.Why it\'s a big deal\xe2\x80\xa6We are looking for an eloquent, persuasive proposal consultant to join our winning team who would be impactful in the coordination of the bid process and managing a matrix team of internal stakeholders. This role will be crucial to achieving a clearly defined and deliverable bid that meets the client\'s requirements and aspirations on a \xe2\x80\x9cbid-winning\xe2\x80\x9d technical and commercial basis. You may be designing a proposal for a contracted project, or simply making a bid for available work which will explain why Conga would be the best choice to provide goods or services to those who need these products and services. Ultimately, a top-notch proposal writer should be consistent, detail-oriented and able to write in a factual, convincing manner.Are you the person we\'re looking for?Related experience. As a Proposal Consultant, you should be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.People and Project Management Skills. You should be able to articulate, have excellent written communication skills and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. You need to have a variety of skills to be successful in this role, including project management, proposal writing, editing, people skills and flexibility to adapt to changes and strong attention to detail. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe DC, Competency with Salesforce and SharePoint, a plusOrganized Multitasker. A Proposal Consultant must be extremely organized, multitask and have excellent writing and communication skills. They must also be able to supervise and train supporting staff, prepare presentations and schedule meetings with your internal and external clients to discuss and negotiate proposal details and timelines. Prioritize RFPs and balance high workloads with short deadlines and fast turnaround times. Ability to manage a complex schedule with multiple deliverables along with proactive communication.Collaborator. Work collaboratively with Account Executives/Sales team, Sales Engineering, Professional services, Partners, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate and develop persuasive proposal content with consistent and compelling messagesKnowledge management. Maintain RFP Knowledge base/Repository. Keeping the RFP Repository up to date by identifying new additions to the repository and reviewing the existing response on the regular basis in repositoryEducation.
