Position Title : Property Development & Acquisition Manager Department: BOOT (Business Development)Location: Mumbai - Corporate OfficeReporting to: Manager - BOOTOverview of the position: Relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational execution of business development strategies. The role involves market analysis, strategic planning, and coordination with various teams to meet organizational objectives.Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Market Scanning and Analysis: Continuously scan the market for potential site
  • locations based on strategic plans and location analysis.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, landowners, and other stakeholders to explore new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, including demographic studies, competitive landscape, and profitability calculations.
  • Gather and analyze decision-making data including catchment area studies, SWOT analysis and providing a five-year sales projection based on gathered information.
  • Prepare comprehensive catchment analysis reports with detailed information on demographics, local competition, and profitability estimates.
  • Collect information from local doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors to build a robust database.
  • Complete necessary documentation and agreements, and coordinate with the project team for implementation.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate urgent issues to senior management as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  • The role is pivotal in driving the company's growth through strategic location analysis, stakeholder coordination, and robust market research.
