Property Valuation Report Maker
Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Report Maker to prepare high-quality valuation reports for various properties, including flats, offices, and LIE (Lender's Independent Engineer) reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and review comprehensive valuation reports for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Analyze and compile data related to real estate properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reports meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends and valuation methodologies.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
• Ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
