Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research:
• Identify potential locations for new franchise outlets.
• Analyze demographic and economic data to assess site viability.
• Stay informed about real estate trends and market conditions.
• Property Sourcing:
• Find suitable properties through real estate listings, contacts, and databases.
• Visit and evaluate properties for location, size, accessibility, and potential footfall.
• Site Evaluation & Finalization:
• Assess physical and logistical aspects of potential sites.
• Prepare and present site evaluation reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Negotiation & Acquisition:
• Negotiate lease or purchase terms with property owners.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Complete property acquisition processes, including documentation.
• Collaboration:
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align site selection with business goals.
• Communicate with franchisees, providing updates and support.
• Engage with local authorities and community organizations.
• Reporting:
• Maintain records of property searches, evaluations, and acquisitions.
• Prepare regular progress reports for the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property sourcing or real estate, preferably in a franchise context.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of market analysis and site evaluation.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software.
