Job Summary: The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of real estate properties. This includes managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
• Lead and manage the property sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective buyers.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
• Training and Development:
• Provide ongoing training and development programmes for the sales team.
• Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.
• Manage the documentation and contract processes for property sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable).

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Working Days : Wednesday to Monday (6 days)

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
