As a Real Estate Agent specializing in student accommodations, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by fostering relationships and driving sales within the student housing market.

Your primary responsibility will be to attract and secure new clients, building partnerships with educational institutions, students, and guardians to ensure our accommodations meet their needs.

You'll represent our company, showcasing our properties and services, while delivering exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify, pursue, and convert leads into sales opportunities through various channels, including outreach, networking, and marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and guardians to understand their accommodation requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Property Showcase: Conduct property tours, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our accommodations, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and student housing demands to optimize our sales approach and product offerings.

Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and close deals while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients into our accommodations, and address any post-sales queries or issues.

Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecast projections for management review.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / REAL ESTATE / BNB REQUIRED

Timings: 11:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and Alternative Saturday's

Salary: Fixed: 30,000 - 40,000 Peso per month

Commissions: Upto 50,000 Peso per month
