Job Title: - Property Manager Trainee

Career Path:

1. Property Manager Trainee:

Responsibilities: -

1. Portfolio Management:

• Assist Property Manager in overseeing multiple properties for smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor financials, maintenance, and tenant relations.

2. Community Interaction:

• Engage with tenants and homeowners, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.
• Collaborate with association boards to resolve property issues.

3. Vendor Management:

• Handle vendor relationships, collect and evaluate bids for maintenance and repairs.

4. Operational Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Data Operations and Finance teams for efficient operations.

5. Board Meeting Preparation:

• Gather necessary documents and updates, prepare for presentations during board meetings.
• Document action items and decisions.

6. Enforcement and Inspections:

• Address reported violations, conduct property inspections for maintenance and safety.
• Handle architectural requests ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Desired skills: -

• Bachelor's/master's in business, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing (or similar)

Working Days: Monday- Saturday

Working Hours: 9 PM- 6 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
