- Knowledge of property management software.
- Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Leasing and Marketing: Oversee property leasing activities, implement effective marketing strategies, and conduct property tours.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions to property issues.
- Financial Management: Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue through rent optimization.
- Legal Compliance: Stay informed about local property laws and ensure properties comply with regulations and safety standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders, including property performance, financial statements, and occupancy status.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of property management software.
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.
