Finquest group is currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our property portfolio. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure the efficient and effective management of properties.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage all aspects of the assigned properties.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and building code regulations.
• Manage lease agreements, including negotiating lease terms, rent collection, and lease renewals.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including financial records, lease agreements, and tenant information.
• Monitor and manage property budgets, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance and present to senior management.

RequirementsEducation: Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties concurrently.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of financial concepts and budgeting.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and rental laws.
