:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager/House Acquisition Manager to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi & Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, real estate acquisition, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties in Indore, MP, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition or lease.

3. Negotiate lease agreements, rental rates, and terms with property owners and tenants.

4. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.

5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants and maximize property value.

6. Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.

7. Stay updated on local regulations and laws pertaining to property management and real estate.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or real estate acquisition.

3. Proven track record of successful property management and leasing transactions.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics in Indore,MP.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
