Position: Property Manager
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (One casual leave per month) Immediate Joining
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the luxury apartment complex.
•Handle staff management, including hiring, training, and supervision.
•Provide outstanding customer service by effectively handling client inquiries and concerns.
•Maintain records and reports related to property management activities.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in property management is highly preferred.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle both staff and client interactions
effectively.
•Female candidates are preferred.
• Age range: 24 - 50 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
