Position: Property Manager

Responsibilities:

1.? ?Oversee the day-to-day operations of Tentgram's properties, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

2.? ?Manage property maintenance, addressing issues promptly to maintain a safe and appealing environment.

3.? ?Collaborate with staff to create and implement effective property management strategies.

4.? ?Coordinate and optimize reservation processes, ensuring efficient bookings and maximizing occupancy rates.

5.? ?Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

6.? ?Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance related to property operations.

7.? ?Implement policies and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience and streamline operations.

8.? ?Conduct regular property inspections to assess and maintain quality standards.

9.? ?Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team, fostering a positive work environment.

10.? ?Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

? ?Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
