Roles and Responsibilities
-Contacting customer and getting them to visit property.
-Asking questions to understand customer requirements and explaining/showing them matching property.
-Persuade the customer to book the property.
-Answering questions about the property.
-Communicating with Property owners and get them on board over the deal.
-Plan and execute the property maintenance works with vendors.
-Perform Tenant Onboarding process.
-Make sure the tenant have great move-in experience.
- Book Keeping
Desired Candidate Profile
-Should be an excellent communicator along with excellent convincing abilities.
- Should be able to Understand Emotional aspects of Customers.
-Should be able to work with people from different stratas.
-Should speak & understand English.
- Should have Vehicle.
