Community Engagement & Marketing: - Organize community-building events for hostel residents. - Support hostel promotions through social media engagement and local networking. - Develop strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hostel/PG management, or property administration. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in basic computer operations and booking software. - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently. - Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage conflicts effectively. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
