Job Description
Reviewing applications and supporting documents, such as income statements
Evaluating an applicant's creditworthiness, income documentation, and collatera
Meeting with applicants to understand their needs and goals, and explaining loan terms and risks
Reviewing, authorizing, and recommending loans for approva
Keeping current with industry trends, market conditions, and lending guidelines
Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
Cultivating relationships with clients and third parties involved in transactions
Collaborating with underwriters to review loan files and with internal teams to expedite loan processing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
