Our vision is to reimagine the world of real estate, creating rewarding opportunities and amazing spaces where people can achieve their ambitions.Job Summary: As a Property Lead, you will be responsible for overall managing client Property.You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing property operations, ensuring building compliance, and liaising with local authorities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach towards work, excellent reporting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with no direct JLL report.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties in Pune, India.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coordinate and oversee general property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance, repairs, and other property-related services.
  • Liaise with local authorities, obtaining necessary permits and approvals for property-related activities.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Prepare regular reports on property performance, including financial reports, occupancy rates, and maintenance summaries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management ( Technical), B.Tech / BE - Electricals.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of overall work experience in property management, with at least 2 years at a senior executive or assistant manager level.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proven experience in working independently, handling all aspect of PM ( soft , Tech, compliance etc.)
  • Strong understanding of building compliance requirements and local regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with local authorities and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Proactive attitude towards work, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
