Addiox India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Manager Land Acquisition/ Property Dealer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Land Identification: Identifying potential land parcels suitable for the intended project based on location, size, zoning regulations, and other factors.

Market Research: Conducting market research and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of land for the proposed project and determining its value.

Negotiation: Negotiating with landowners, property developers, government agencies, or other stakeholders to acquire land at favorable terms and prices.

Due Diligence: Conducting due diligence on the identified land parcels, including legal, environmental, and regulatory checks to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Documentation: Managing and preparing all legal documents, agreements, deeds, and contracts related to land acquisition processes.

Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with landowners, local authorities, legal entities, and other stakeholders involved in the acquisition process.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, zoning requirements, and permitting processes throughout the acquisition process.

Skills and Qualifications:

Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of real estate principles, land valuation, market trends, and legal aspects related to land acquisition.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favorable terms and prices for land acquisition.

Legal Understanding: Knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance involved in land acquisition processes.

Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and present proposals or negotiate deals.
