We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help clients achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences. Provide expert advice and personalized property solutions.

- Property Listings: Manage and update property listings on various platforms. Ensure all property information is accurate and up-to-date.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest real estate trends, property values, and developments in Pune.

- Site Visits: Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits. Provide detailed property tours and highlight key features and benefits.

- Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for all parties involved.

- Documentation: Assist clients with property documentation, including agreements, contracts, and legal formalities.

- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of property developers, builders, and other real estate professionals to enhance business opportunities.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire property transaction process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of the Pune real estate market.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.

- Valid real estate license (preferred).

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
