Job Description
Excellent knowledge of Lloyds of London Market.
• Prior experience in Underwriting back office functions like Credit Control, Delegated Underwriting, Risk Entry, Premium and Claims Messaging.
• CII certificates like LM1, LM2 will be an advantage.
• Ensure the Key performance indicators / SLA's set by clients are achieved
• Should be proactive enough to understand the key responsibilities.
• SLA Compliance: Should be able to track requirements and maintain performance for day to day operations - Quality, Turn Around Time and Productivity.
• Conducts Quality Checks, PKT's and audits for the team members
• Analyze the inflow of work, support in work allocation and sends client reports as per requirements.
• Any Graduate with 2 or more yrs of exp can apply.
