Property captains ensure that all the rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Directly manage the Housekeeping and ensures strict compliance with property policies and processes. Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and tenant satisfaction. \xe2\x97\x8f To ensure the smooth functioning of the property and dealing with all tenant problems. \xe2\x97\x8f Training all staff in proper service and etiquette, dealing with all potential security issues. \xe2\x97\x8f Property maintenance and appearances. \xe2\x97\x8f Team leader good communication skill. Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Good interpersonal and customer service \xe2\x97\x8f Should have outstanding problem solving capacity, \xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to deal politely and efficiently with guests/tenants to make sure that they are satisfied with the service . \xe2\x97\x8f Good supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team. \xe2\x97\x8f Work under pressure particularly when tenants have complaints. Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Hotel in Management( Fresher or prior experience will be an added advantage) Job Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune Stipend: INR 16,000-18,000+Incentives + accommodation CTC: 2.5 to 3 LPA +incentives + accommodation Note: Post completion of 3 months of internship based on the performance the interns will be converted into Full-time employees. Contract length: 6 months Salary: 16,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits:
