Title: Property Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyse leads generated by the marketing team to understand their specific property requirements, preferences, and constraints.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify properties that meet the criteria specified by potential buyers, analysing market trends, property values, and neighbourhood dynamics.
• Assess the quality, condition, and potential of properties identified for potential buyers through property inspections, document reviews, and data analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the best property options identified for potential buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to the sales team during the property presentation process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing additional information or clarification as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in real estate analysis or property evaluation roles, with a strong understanding of market research and property assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to identify opportunities and risks in the real estate market.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
