Job Opportunity: Property Advisor A leading real estate platform in IndiaWe\'re hiring Property Advisors in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)As a Property Advisor, you\'ll play a key role in guiding clients through their real estate journey. Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/inside sales/telemarketing/outbound sales.- Excellent communication skills in English.- Tamil proficiency preferred for Bangalore location.- Maximum age limit: 35 years.- Real Estate sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Roles & Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling and client follow-up.- Provide sales services to clients interested in buying real estate properties based on their requirements.- Meet sales targets by acquiring new customer business and renewing/growing existing relationships.- Liaise between clients and builders for updates on services, pricing, and new project launches.- Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.- Build and maintain client relationships for recurring business.
