Job Description
Position: Property Advisor (Inside sales)
CTC: 40K
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate Leads through cold calling
• Provide pre-sales and post sales services to clients.
• Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.
• Liaise between clients and builders for up to date status of service, pricing and new project launches.
Requirement:
• Must be a Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year Real Estate Sales Experience with stellar track record in
• Receive inbound calls from client who inquire about new residential projects.
• Make outbound calls to client to follow up on earlier inquiries that customers made.
• Document CRM with the necessary details, set reminders to follow up on leads.
