Overview : Client Acquisition role involves generating leads from a given database & identifying decision makers within targeted leads and initiating the sales process. To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company\'s products and services.Roles and Responsibilities:\xe2\xa6\x81 Convert Leads/Prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow up to ensure best service.\xe2\xa6\x81 Provide sales services to clients interested in buying real estate properties based on their requirement.\xe2\xa6\x81 Meet assigned sales target by acquiring new customer business and renewing and growing existing relationships.\xe2\xa6\x81 Provide pre-sales and post sales services to clients.\xe2\xa6\x81 Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.\xe2\xa6\x81 Build and maintain relationship with the clients to ensure recurring business.\xe2\xa6\x81 Explore business potential, opportunities and clients to secure profitable business volumes.\xe2\xa6\x81 Liaise between clients and builders for uptodate status of service, pricing and new project launches.Requirements\xe2\xa6\x81 Must be a Graduate.\xe2\xa6\x81 Minimum of 1 year Real Estate Sales Experience with stellar track record in\xe2\xa6\x81 Receive inbound calls from client who inquire about new residential projects.\xe2\xa6\x81 Make outbound calls to client to follow up on earlier inquiries that customers made.\xe2\xa6\x81 Document CRM with the necessary details, set reminders to follow up on leads.\xe2\xa6\x81 Attend daily/weekly review meetings.\xe2\xa6\x81 Read about market trends, events, project updates, etc and share these updates with clients via email/whatsapp.\xe2\xa6\x81 Communicate via email/whatsapp with clients to send them info/updates about various builder projects i.e. price changes, inventory updates, new launches, etc.Benefits
