Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Associate. The successful candidate is expected to develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, work collaboratively within a team, and drive sales growth. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating sales contracts. This role requires a candidate who is customer-focused, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can work in a fast-paced sales environment. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 0.6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field. ( Freshers Can also apply) Experience in real estate sales is highly preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluency in English and one or more Indian languages is preferred. Should be ok to go on Site Visits
