Profile: PROPERTY ACQUISITION MANAGERExperience: 1+ yearsJob Purpose: To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the commercial segment.
Perform duties such as study the property, identify and accompany prospective clients to
the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts under the

xefx82xa7 Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
xefx82xa7 Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
xefx82xa7 We only have two requirements - "Passion" and "Hunger to succeed". Training will be
provided for selected candidates
xefx82xa7 Candidate need to quickly find answers to their client's questions. This also includes
being a mediator between clients and brands.
xefx82xa7 Candidate should be good at convincing clients to lease their properties at the right
price, and use persuasion to close deals
xefx82xa7 Must be able to manage their own time and schedules, making sure they are hustling
to get the word out about properties and find the information their clients need.Skills Required:xefx82xa7 Presentable with good communication skills
xefx82xa7 Interpersonal Skills: Meeting with clients face-to-face on a daily basis.
