"Job Overview :We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and educational institutions in the region. The Relationship Manager will focus on onboarding colleges, extracting leads from interested students seeking education loans, and promoting our financial products.Key Responsibilities :1. College Onboarding :- Identify and approach colleges and educational institutions in deployed city to establish partnerships.- Present our range of education loan products and services to college authorities.- Negotiate and finalize terms of collaboration and partnership agreements.2. Lead Generation:- Engage with students during college visits/helpdesk to understand their financial needs and interest in education loans.- Extract and compile leads from interested students, ensuring accurate and detailed information.- Maintain a database of leads and update it regularly.3. Relationship Building:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with college authorities, faculty, and students.- Act as the primary point of contact for colleges, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.4. Promotion of Financial Products:- Educate students on the benefits and features of our education loan products.- Conduct presentations and workshops to create awareness about financial planning and loan options.5. Language Skills:- Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional language.- Ability to communicate effectively in all three languages, both written and spoken.6. Mobility Requirement:- Possess a bike and a valid driver\'s license.- Willingness to travel extensively within deployed city for college visits and other related activities.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial sector.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and meet targets.Additional Information:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our education loan portfolio.
