Post : Team Lead-Real EstateExperience : 2-3YearsSalary : 30k-50k + Attractive IncentivesLocation : Viman Nagar (East Pune)Notice Period : Immediate- 15daysRole Overview :The Team Lead - Real Estate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to drive team performance to meet and exceed both team and individual sales targets. The Team Lead will play a critical role in developing strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate professionals to achieve revenue targets.- Conduct regular team meetings / trainings, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.- Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets or project milestones.- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement sales/project management plans and - marketing strategies.- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing top-notch customer service and addressing any issues promptly.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant workshops or training sessions.- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales figures, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize team performance.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).- 2+ years of experience in primary real estate sales, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or project deadlines.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Professional development opportunities.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for career advancement.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume to hr@propaly.in with the subject line "Application for Team Lead - Real Estate."
