Visit us at .You Are:Proof ReaderThe Opportunity:xc2xb7 Responsible for detecting and correcting errors in written documents.xc2xb7 The proofreader entails checking written text for misspellings and inaccuracies prior to publishing.xc2xb7 Read manuscripts before they are typeset to find and correct mistakes; they read through typescripts to detect and highlight typographical or grammatical error.xc2xb7 Liaise with writers and editors to determine the composition of specific texts in a document & Story Connection.xc2xb7 Use word processors and other specialized software to make changes on typeset documentsWhat you need:xc2xb7 Evaluate the dimensions of page elements such as images, text spacing and positioning to ensure they conform to set specificationsxc2xb7 Rephrase written text to ensure document structure and content are consistentxc2xb7 Ensure illustrations are suitably captioned and referencedBonus points if:xc2xb7 Forward proofread materials for approval and publicationxc2xb7 Ensure project is completed within set time constraints.xc2xb7 Experience in working for specific sectors such as semiconductors/Engineering and/or other technologies.What we believe:Wexe2x80x99re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
