Sourcing of business through a fixed merchant or through number of merchants based on potential of that area / market, in consultation with Marketing Officer & Area Manager. The average target is revenue 2 times of your salary & a minimum of Rs.10,00,000 of business per month.
Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services.
Sales growth and achievement of business in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s budget and objectives.
Addition of new products in the overall business, whenever we add new products or lines.
Achieve sales target from the assigned merchants and ensure substantial share vis-\xc3\xa0-vis competition
To monitor outlets sales performance, evaluation for outlets marketing campaign proposal and set marketing direction for outlets together with marketing officer & Area Manager
To report promptly about any breach of law, regulation, the company\xe2\x80\x99s code of conduct or company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines to immediate superior
Complete application forms & timely submission for processing (TAT is T+1)

Market Intelligence:

Keeping a vigil eye on market and arrange market/ competitor related feedback on regular basis.
Sending details of scheme run by competition on regular basis
Keeping customer\xe2\x80\x99s / company\xe2\x80\x99s documents in safe custody.
Informing the Marketing Officer / Area Manager about any new product launches in our finance segment (Mobile, Two Wheeler, Appliances, Furniture etc)
